The Brief
This project involved the complete renovation of an older Swansea property, turning it into a contemporary and highly functional family home. The scope of work covered major internal and external upgrades, including structural improvements and full layout reconfiguration. Inside, the home received a full refurbishment. Walls were repositioned to create a spacious open-plan living, kitchen and dining area with natural flow and generous light. The kitchen was redesigned with modern finishes, a feature island bench, and updated appliances to suit the client’s lifestyle. Both bathrooms were fully rebuilt with new tiling, fixtures, and premium fittings that introduce a fresh, clean aesthetic. The renovation extended to the outdoor living spaces, where a new deck, upgraded landscaping, and an alfresco entertaining area transformed the property’s functionality. These areas were designed to blend interior comfort with outdoor relaxation and family use. This project showcases a balanced mix of structural skill, design refinement, and practical upgrades, delivering a renovated home that feels modern, inviting, and ready for many years of enjoyment.
